Bequest Sample Wording for KJLCN Print E-mail

For your gift to the Kylie Johnston Lung Cancer Network, through The Australian Lung Foundation, the following wording is suggested for your legal adviser's consideration:

"I GIVE, FREE OF ALL DUTIES AND TAXES  
the whole of my estate, or
______% of my estate,  or
 the residue of my estate (or _______ % of the residue of my estate),  or
 the sum of $ _______,   or
 my units/shares in ___________________________ Trust/Ltd,  or
 my real property situated at [insert street address] having the title reference  _______,  
to The Australian Lung Foundation ABN 36 051 131 901
at PO Box 847 Lutwyche, QLD, 4030. 		 
The receipt of the Treasurer or other public officer of
The Australian Lung Foundation shall be sufficient discharge for the same. 		 

The Australian Lung Foundation is a company limited by guarantee, incorporated under the Corporations Law registered in all states in Australia and exempt from taxes as a Public Benevolent Institution. (ABN 36 051 131 901).
