Pulmonary Rehabilitation is a proven self-management program that is effective in improving the quality of life of people with COPD, and importantly, reducing hospital admissions.1

The Australian Lung Foundation estimates show that only 1% of COPD patients who could benefit from pulmonary rehabilitation have access to it.2

The Australian Lung Foundation is working to increase access to this vital therapy through advocacy and development of professional resources to facilitate the establishment of further pulmonary rehabilitation programs throughout Australia.
