Your membership of the ALF will help the Foundation sponsor accredited research into lung disease and contribute to improving the well being of patients with lung disease.

The cost of Membership for patients and carers is AUD$40.00/annum (including GST).

A Health Professional Membership costs AUD$60.00/annum (including GST).

The membership period runs from 1 April to 31 March.

Membership contributions assist the ALF in its daily operations and special programs. All members will receive regular postings of the ALF Newsletter, and other special bulletins produced during the year. All new members will receive a membership certificate.

Print out this on-line membership form and complete, then send it to The Australian Lung Foundation, together with payment (cheque or money order).
